CONSENT FORM

• Please understand that fill and sign this form doesn’t mean we gonna fuck you up and get away with it.
• Consent is required for any tattoo or piercing – even the smallest, or simplest commission, could result in a potential claim should the client suffer a reaction and allege that they were not made aware of aftercare processes and the risk involved.
• The basic premise of “consent” is that it allows a client to make an informed decision about the tattoo or piercing that he or she is about to undergo, and to become knowledgeable about any risks that could occur.  
• So please read it carefully, it’s for your own good.

DEPOSIT

• We will consult you for free, but in order for us to work on a design for you we will need a deposit. Because to work on a design, we will need time and effort, we are artists not a copy machine, we create original artwork for you not just copy someone else work so even if you don’t want that piece afterwards we still get pay for the amount of time and efforts we spent.

PRICE

• Our artist have their own stylistic specialty with different years of experience. Some charge per piece, some charge per hour. With a same tattoo, we will get different price with different artist. Please understand that, when you required a 10 years experience artist with handfull of international awards the price will definetely higher than someone with less years of practice and less awards.

APPOINTMENT

• Whether your tattoo is small or big, it’s something that will be on your body for the rest of your life. So we prefer to have a discussion in person with you first then you leave a deposit to save your appoitment for another day. Please do not barge in and ” i want a tat real quick dude, what should i get “.
• And we would appreciate if you could book ahead for your consulting appoitment too, because if you just come unanounced we may not have time for you maybe we’re in mid session or out, etheir way, you will need to wait or reschedule, it will waste your time. So please, an email wouldn’t hurts anyone.

• The sun here has really high UV ratting even during rainy days. So please cover your tattoo before going out or at least until your tattoo is healed (7, 10 days).

• The food, sticky rice ( called Xôi) and Vietnamese water spinach ( called Rau Muống, this is a side dish in Bun Bo Hue). Please be sure to avoid these here if you are having a freshly done tattoo.

• Oitment, if you don’t have oiment along with you you can go to phamacy and ask for ” Bepanthen”.

• If your tattoo appeal signs such as redness and a bit swollen, go to phamacy and ask for ” Alpha Quay”. It’s like mint candy, keep it under your tongue, keep the site clean and everything will be fine the next day.

• Remove your bandage within 2 hours, rinse with warm water then gently pat dry with tissue. DO NOT REBANDANGE.
• Apply a thin layer of tattoo specialized ointment or if you in Vietnam you can go to pharmacy and ask for “Bepanthen”. Use it until skin returns to its pre-tattoo condition. Please do not use any unrecommended products.
• Do not eat sticky rice, Vietnamese water spinach called Rau Muong.
• Stay out of sunlight and outdoor activities until tattoo is healed, at lest 7-10 days.
• Do not soak tattoo in chemicals, tub, sauna, Jacuzzi or go swimming while your new tattoo is healing. Showers are fine.
• Do not rub or scratch the treated area while it is healing. Loss of color or infection could occur.
• Extreme sun and exposure over the years will fade your tattoo. This can be minimized by using sunscreen and good skincare.
• Your tattoo should heal in 2 weeks. If your tattoo looks red and swollen go to the pharmacy and ask for ” Alpha Choay”, keep it under your tongue after each meal so it wouldn’t lead to any signs or symptoms develop such as the following: green/yellow discharge, foul smelling and/or fever. Then you will need to consult a physician.
